Refund policy
For non-custom items, we offer a 14-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. Please note that items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it.
Exchanges
The fastest way to obtain the item you want is to return your current item. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return, informing you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
