Shipping policy

1. Delivery Area
We currently ship exclusively to delivery addresses within Germany. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Shipping Costs
Shipping within Germany is charged at a flat rate of 7,50€ per order.

3. Delivery Times
Unless otherwise stated in the item description, standard delivery time within Germany is 3 to 5 business days after the contract is concluded (or after payment has been processed). Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

4. Carrier & Tracking
All orders are shipped via DHL. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number so you can follow your shipment.
